sundown marathon... registration done!!!
last night, tried again to register on-line... and it was a successful one! the next step is collecting the bip... maybe i'll do it during the race expo (23~25 May).
one step closer to own the 'cun' finisher T-shirt... he he he... also realised that the time limit for full m'thon is 11 hrs!!!
this morning done about 1hr 15min... got to plan one or two long runs before the race.
alif pun ada menunjukkan peningkatan dalam badminton... kadang2 tu boleh 3-4 rallies! not bad for a 3yo toddler! pagi dah main kat taman... petang, bangun daripada tidur sekitar pukul 6, ajak lagi main badminton kat laman rumah...
hayaku ookiku natte, toochan to issho ni, iroiro na sports o tanoshimashou ne!
