42.195km... first attempt in malaysia
semalam pakcik berjaya jugak mendaftarkan nama untuk 2nd link marathon... full marathon!
last week ke plaza tol perling... hari sabtu, ofis tak bukak...
semalam, pegi ke JOTIC... ingatkan tutup... naik lif ke tingkat 5, ofisnya bukak lagi... terus daftar...
first attempt in malaysia. my last marathon was in 1994... while i was in japan... the kuzuryu marathon! the time was 4hrs 08min...
this time, i'm really not prepared... just to know how my body will react to the torturing 42.195km... wild wish is to complete the distance... no matter what the time will be...
this morning... done about 1hr 45min of running... kalau campur jalan2, stretching... it was about 3hrs under the sun....

maa iika... wakai uchi wa (sonna ni wakakunai kedo), katte demo kurou shinasai... to osowatta monde... kore mo sono hitotsu to kangaereba ii...
