building up stamina...

just came back from futsal... lama sungguh tak menendang bola! tak ingat bila last time pak cik main bola... 2-3 yrs back kot...
kebetulan dane-san ajak join sekali masa lepak kat kantin sebelum balik kerja ptg tadi... ada friendly dengan omron... tujuan utama not the futsal... pak cik bukannya pandai sangat pun main bola ni... coz my core sport was volleyball! yang lain2 tu just utk cukupkan korum atau utk keluar peluh atau utk tukar mood... sekarang ni bowling... sebab tak der game lain... awal bulan 5 nanti ada bowling tournament... pak cik join team IMP... 'procured keglerz'! just for fun... tapi ada sikit2 menaruh harapan... go for the individual high score!

oh ya... so what was the main purpose for going down to the futsal court tonite? stamina building! preparing myself for the marathon... my maiden marathon in malaysia, after more than 12 yrs since my last marathon... kuzuryuu marathon, fukui, japan. yet to submit the form for Penang Bridge Marathon... tengok dulu macamana... theoritically, memang tak cukup training! the PBM is just another 2 mnths away... and yet to start a proper training!

tadi sementara tunggu budak2 sampai, sempat jugak fast jogging for about 12 minutes... keliling court futsal tu... berpeluh la jugak! lepas tu main futsal... lepak siollll! need more trainings to be build up stamina... body & mind!
